Do I own my website?
Yes. Once your project is complete and paid in full, you own 100% of your website design, content, and domain. We never hold your site hostage.
What's included in the monthly fee?
Monthly fees cover hosting, security monitoring, plugin updates, backups, performance optimization, and access to our support team through the client portal. Any design changes or marketing services are separate.
Do you offer SEO with the website?
All websites include basic technical SEO setup. Ongoing SEO campaigns are a separate service. We offer bundled packages that combine web design and SEO for better value.
How do I communicate with my team?
Through your client portal, you can open support tickets, track project status, and communicate directly with your team. We also do regular video calls for strategy and progress reviews.
Can you work with my existing website?
Absolutely. We handle redesigns, migrations, and improvements to existing sites. We'll audit your current site and recommend the most efficient path to your goals.

We build on three platforms and recommend the one that fits your goals. Custom-coded websites are lightweight, fast, and have the smallest security footprint, ideal when performance, security, or compliance matter most. WordPress is our choice for content-heavy sites where your team wants to edit pages and publish often. Shopify is our platform for online stores that need reliable checkout, inventory, and shipping. For complex projects we also build custom web applications in Node.js, React, and other modern frameworks.
